i seen last night that i have a rash on my right side just under where my underware stops. The rash is red and bumpy and the bumps are a little spread out, like u can see my white skin between them. Any ideas what this is?

No one, not even a doctor, can diagnose a rash without actually seeing it. Please schedule an appointment for a formal diagnosis and treatment.
There are literally hundreds of different types of rashes but they all have their own unique appearance. And, there are just as many treatments as their are rashes. A doctor is really necessary.
