i woke up with red bumps on my skin, surrounded by a white ring. i do not have any pets or been around any recently. they started at my torso and spread down my legs and arms.

Scabies, shingles or an allergic reaction
Reply:Allergic reaction??? You may need to go ahead and see the Doc. Have you been working out on public exercise equipment or mats? People can spread things too. Scabbies, Shingles etc.
Reply:Scabies are usually on ur abdomen, back and hands. Chiggers start at ur ankles and work their way up. Get an insect bite? Allergic reaction to something?
