My dog has a bumb on his back that at first felt like a tick was attached to him...?

but when I seperated his fur it was a bump under his skin...any ideas what this might be? I just found it!

Reply:take him to the vet. It could be something thats really bad. I raise boxer puppies and I know what all the little things can turn out to be.
Reply:My dog also has a little bump under the skin and it is only a fluid filled cyst. The vet drains it if it gets too big. But to be sure, you should take him to the vet . Not an emergency I don't think.
Reply:First take him to a vet,he may have the head of a tick still in there,thats why theres a bump there, or it could be more seriours.Take him to your vet to be safe....

Reply:Has your dog gotten a shot resently it might just be that, but you should call the vet.
Reply:It's a non-malignant tumor. Especially if it's a Lab.
