all my life i have had these tiny white bumps underneath the skin on the inside of the lips of my vagina. they dont hurt but theres TONS of them. does anyone know what they are ?????

I have done personal care on lots of women, and although I've never had a really close look, I don't recall seeing anything like you are describing.
It could be a yeast infection, I would want to get them checked out by a Doctor.
I hope everything is just fine.
